Take part in fish feeding within the temple’s peaceful ‘Mercy Release Zone’ a space dedicated to reflection and compassion, where fish and other aquatic animals live happily in harmony.

    • You will take a local boat and start the creative CSR journey.

  • 11.00

    • Relax and refresh on your boat or at the Gac Fruit Terrace of Khanitta Gac Fruit House. Enjoy a healthy Gac fruit drink and local snack, while your ears are treated to the soothing sounds of Lae folk songs—a harmony of taste and tradition.

  • 11.30

    • Your boat journey continues to Baan Saladin. Along the way, you’ll help collect water hyacinth—an invasive species—and discover how local villagers creatively manage and repurpose it as part of their sustainable way of life.

      • Station 1: Clean Canal, Green Lifestyle

      • A hands-on solution for invasive species and sustainable living

      • This activity goes beyond canal cleanup—it's about transforming problems into purpose. You’ll help remove and repurpose overgrown water hyacinths, an invasive plant species that chokes the ecosystem. The dried plants are then mixed with organic matter to create nutrient-rich soil, supporting local gardens and community agriculture.

  • 12.00

    • Enjoy lunch at a canal side raft house.

  • 13.00 Join our Creative Bio-Regenerative CSR activities.

    • Station 2: RePrawn the Canal

    • A regenerative CSR experience to revive aquatic life

    • Once abundant with freshwater prawns, this historic waterway has suffered serious ecological decline due to overfishing and urban pressure. In this hands-on activity, you’ll take part in a meaningful effort to help restore the canal’s biodiversity—one prawn at a time.

    • Station 3: New Life Rice Bite

    • A sustainable snack-making experience from leftovers to legacy

    • Turn humble steamed rice into crunchy gold in this heartwarming culinary workshop. You’ll learn how to make Khao Tang, Thailand’s beloved crispy rice snack, just as local families have done for generations. It's a delicious lesson in zero waste, cultural heritage, and the joy of simple, sustainable living.

  • 14.00 Hop back on the boat and cruise toward the lotus farm.

    • Station 4: Lily of Life: Planting for Food & Future

    • Regenerative CSR Experience – Edible Water Lily Cultivation

    • Be part of a hands-on CSR experience that supports food sustainability and local livelihoods. In this activity, you’ll join villagers in planting edible water lilies along the canal—an aquatic plant cherished for its culinary value and visual charm.

  • 14.30

    • Continue on a boat to the lotus farm. Upon arrival, enjoy a tasting of Miang Kleep Bua—a delicate lotus petal wrap filled with herbs, roasted coconut, lime, and peanuts, offering a burst of Thai flavors in every bite. Sip on a cool cup of lotus stamen tea, cherished for its calming effect and health benefits. Then, unwind in a shaded pavilion, surrounded by blooming water lilies and the gentle rhythm of canal life, a perfect moment of peace and connection with nature.
